It was a great year. Also, the year the world took a turn for the worst.
2010, was a horrible year. The year we woke up the Great Soviet Union.

1991... Soviet Union collapsed under tremendous pressures. We where no longer able to make things gifted. A UK/USA family had won control of our giftedness.

2010... We found the problem. We've done something about it. The Moscow Kremlin controls the Soviet Union now.

2010... Expansion. We cover the entire COMCON1986. That is the Soviet Union. Including Cuba, Vietnam, and some other republics. Expect them to exit the Soyuz eventually.

2010... Chile. Union of South American Nations.
