We want Moscow to be the seat of the Military.

Krasnoyarsk is the capital. We are making things gifted like we're supposed to be.
We're #1 city in the Soviet Union.
Moscow is #2 city.
So in 50 years... We will have 5 million people.
All of the COMECON 1986 countries are back in the Soviet Union.
Your going to be in the European Union.
